How am I supposed to know just by my name? Are we supposed to get some kind of email or PM at TechnetNepal or MSDNNepal? If so, I haven't got it and maybe it is not me.

The least you can do is publish the MSDNNepal.net or TechnetNepal.net username instead of the original names. Since these usernames are unique (while names are not), it would be easier for winners to find out.

Yes, spandan. But I am more with "Publishing only the usernames and not the actual names", coz if handles and names are posted together, the user's privacy is not respected.
