I think I have read them here (or was it the other portal?).
I would like to revise the Terms of use and Privacy Statements (as a responsible user), but they are not available. If the terms have changed, I would like to know about the changes. Please show me how I can access them.

I think ta poor msdnnepal admin tried to restore the webpage and may had happened like that. And you told in tectnetnepal it works. I think the the link are the same. If you like to revise then you can get it from there.
But also thats a carelessness of the admin. Admin must see what's going on in his site. Thats really a poor thing I ever saw in a big site like this. As far I have known this website stands on no. 8 in nepal and such thing in a big site is really a poor.

And about the webpage restore thing, I'm not quite sure what you mean. Am unaware about the community server CMS, but doesn't it have an option to edit the footer from within there? Yes, there is a possibility that they reinstalled/upgraded the installation and forgot to edit the footer, but I don't care wto know what actually happened.
And it might have good rating (from where did you get the "top 8" thing?), but I don't think it has a lot of visitors (seriously, do admin visit this portal regularly?).

It was just rated at alexa some weeks ago. But as far the alexa data the rank of this website had decreased by about 40 lacs. Means this site is not having to many visitors now. I think this site was going fine till the date but it is downgrading now a days like nepali policy that "A newely born baby is more cared then a older one." or might be other thing.
