I read that "50 people will get Microsoft Windows 7 Professional DVD" if they win at Microsoft Portal Quiz.
I have a few questions about this:
1. Do we just get a DVD or do we get license too?
2. What license? ELMS? Retail?
Please answer.
Thanks

You will get DVD with its license key i.e only one(retail) not ELMS.
Thank you Madam. I would also like to know if it comes with resale rights i.e. does it have a NFR(Not for resale) tag or not?
Since I don't use Windows myself and have no plans to use it in the near future, I guess I am allowed to sell it to those who actually plan on using it. Since the retail version costs $299.99, I think I can easily get $100.
I would also like to know if it has "Only for Nepal" kinda tag. I would like to sell it to someone in USA or Europe.
Since you are a member of the "MS Portal Quiz" team, I would also like you to answer this.
Thanks.
Nope you cannot sell it. :-)
Don’t be idiot by arguing with an idiot .
Thank you for your response gandip, but I'd like to know what official license/policy restricts us from selling.
gandip: Nope you cannot sell it. :-)
Why not?

I wanna read EULA that governs it. Not like "Mine decision is right and final" type. Well Microsoft is pretty strict with its licenses. I wonder how is MS distributing Windows 7 Professional like this?
Would be very much thankful for the response.

Exactly Saiyeek. I don't know what is the problem with sharing the license itself.
@adminsIs the license information confidential to share?
@Ubuntubay
I think they are not too sure about this as well. Well wait for Allen sir to answer :)
@Saiyeek
You mentioned that you got the DVD. Now, could you please share the EULA that is included in the DVD.
